WiFi is provided, but it can be spotty at times due to regional network access issues. Some mobile networks have limited connection.

Unfortunately, Eades Mill is not suitable for pets.

The house contains four bedrooms, with four double beds and three single beds. It can comfortably accommodate three to four families.

The small and charming market town of Reepham is a twenty minute walk away, or a four minute drive. Reepham has two pubs, several bakeries and delicatessans, a chemist and a Coop supermarket, open seven days a week between 07:00 and 22:00.

Access to Eades Mill is via a thirty metre gravel drive, with parking at the end for up to four vehicles.

There are several places to swim along the Norfolk coast, a thirty minute drive away. There are some spots on the old railway track adjacent to a river for swimming on warm days. We don't advise swimming in the river pond in front of the house, as it's quite muddy.

Eades Mill has water directly in front and directly behind the building. Access to the water is fenced off, but its crucial that small children are supervised outside the Mill at all times.

There is a Webber barbecue provided, and plenty of space and garden furniture for outdoor eating. This includes a picnic table directly in front of the mill pond that seats six, and a further picnic table in the spacious back garden.

Eades Mill has oil-fired central heating with radiators throughout the building. There is also a wood-burning stove in the living room, which when lighted heats the whole Mill up swiftly.

There is a half-acre of grassland behind the mill, perfect for games of football or running about. There is a full-sized outdoor ping pong table, and a summer house/games room. A TV and DVD player is provider. We also also have a cupboard with a variety of board games.
